- 42 pole bases - ¾-inch, CDX-grade (or better) plywood or high density polyethylene (HDPE)*, sufficient to create, 1½ in. (±½ in.) × 12 in. × 12 in. (nominal)
- 42 tennis balls – each with a 12-inch loop of nylon string attached (to attach tennis balls to poles)
- One horizontal pole (hurdle) - 6 ft. long, 1 in. PVC pipe, (SHD 40), painted red or orange 12-in. on both ends and 12-in. in the middle
- 300 ft. brightly colored string line - for Zigzag Corridor and Test Site layout use
- 3 Rubber mats - for designated areas DA1, DA2 and DA3
- One roll of durable tape – 2 in. wide for marking the denotation lines
- Paint (orange or red) - for painting the poles and chain
- Paint (white) - for marking the circles
- 3 CAD Drawing - for Articulating Crane "ABC #1, ABC #2 & ABC #3" Practical Exams
